• Our rooms can be booked via email or online on different travel websites, where it is not possible to present the whole Hotel Policies. So please read following points carefully and observe them.

• Advance payment is needed only in case of high periods and discount packages, and we cannot pay it back. But we always put you wise in our booking confirmation. Cancellation is in case of high periods and discount packages up to 7 days before arrival free of charge. .

• General cancellation: up to 2 days before arrival is free of charge. One day prior to arrival the first night must be charged, and in case of no-show the total prize of accommodation will be invoiced.

• You can check-in between 14.00 and 18.00 o’clock (or 20.00 by the latest), because our reception is opened in this period. Latest check-out: at 10.00 o’clock. If you will stay later than 10.00, the following day’s accommodation prize will be automatically charged.

• The accommodation fee and the local tax can be charged on arrival, after filling of check-in form. If you will check-out earlier than booked, we are not allowed to pay back the accommodation fee.

• In our garden there are as much car parking places as rooms. Please keep your car always closed and do not leave your valuables in, because we are not able to take responsibility for them.

• If you are parking, please have respect the size of the parking place, and do not take more places than needed unnecessary.

Smoking: in the whole Gibraltár Guesthouse incl. rooms, toilettes, upstairs, the smoking is prohibited. If you want to smoke, please use our terrace.

Pets: you must not take any pets in the guesthouse. If notwithstanding somebody keeps pets in the room, he / she must pay a penalty (incl. costs of disinfection and repainting of the room). 

Cleaning: the guests receive the rooms clean. If staying more days: towel change and cleaning in 3 days, more than 7 days: change of bed linen weekly once. Other wishes are to be extra charged.  

Breakfast: we serve continental breakfast between 7.30 and 9.30 o’clock. It’s included per person a cold plate with bread and rolls, toast, cake and muesli on demand, further unlimited drink consumption in self-service. Please have breakfast in our dining room. For the guests who depart early morning: we are not able to prepare the breakfast in the previous evening, because our suppliers bring the fresh base materials every morning.

The furniture and equipments of the rooms incl. towels, blankets, bed-clothes must not be taken out! The furniture is allowed to reorder only after agreeing with the owners. At the check-in and check-out we look over the room, and if case of any damages the guest must pay it. Please do not flop the insects on the wall.

Break-down: if you discover that one of the equipments in the room or in the guesthouse goes wrong or is out of work, please do not hesitate to inform us.

Our room prizes and the electrical network have been set up on the grounds of costs and energy consumption of the equipments in each room. Please do not use any appliances you have brought from home (with the exception of razor and laptop). Cooking is strong prohibited on hygiene grounds.

Please respect each other and between 22.00 and 8.00 o’clock do not talk or listen to music or watch tv too loud.

It’s possible to receive visitors, but only after agreeing with the owners, and only in the communal rooms. The visitors who stay after the opening hours must pay the current accommodation fee.

Please note that the owners are not able to take responsibility and pay compensation for Vis maior damages (e.g. hail, fire, power failure, etc.).

The owners keep the rights to not receive or remove the guest who passes our rules in or disturbs the other guests.
